Calling all runners & those who love to walk! Join us for a fun 5K in Thurmont that takes you through a covered bridge to support the Patty Hurwitz Breast Cancer Fund! This is the perfect way to get out & get some fresh air, have fun, & help a great cause. Gateway To The Cure Covered Bridge 5K Fun Run/Walk is scheduled Saturday, October 19, at Eyler Road Park -start time 8:30 am & check-in from 7:30-8:15am

Proceeds from all Gateway To The Cure Events are donated to The Hurwitz Breast Cancer Fund benefiting Frederick County. These funds are donated via The Hurwitz Breast Cancer fund to Frederick Health. Thanks to you, Gateway To The Cure has donated $167,000 since 2014.
