The Thurmont Green Team is Out & About in the Thurmont Community at events such as the Main Street Farmer’s Market, Community Fun Fest, and The Thurmont-Emmitsburg Community Show just to name a few.
The Green Team is always looking for those who want to join the Green team to help spread the word about Green & Sustainable, and how what we do now does affect the future condition of the planet and where you live and work. Thurmont is a Certified Maryland Sustainable Community and a Maryland Sustainable Designated Community from the Department of Housing Community Development.
